Cookie Policy

Here is a complete list of every cookie we set on your device:

Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. Without them you cannot log in, your session cannot be maintained, and the API cannot authenticate your requests. These cookies cannot be disabled through our interface.

• •Authentication tokens (accessToken, refreshToken) — required to stay logged in
• •CSRF protection — prevents cross-site request forgery attacks
• •Maintenance cache (mx_maint_cache) — avoids redundant API calls on every page load

Functional cookies remember choices you make to improve your experience. For example, your dark or light mode preference is stored locally so you don't have to re-select it every visit.

You can clear these by resetting your browser cookies. The platform will still function correctly — you will just need to re-configure your preferences.

We use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns — which features are popular, where users encounter friction, and how our onboarding flow performs. Analytics data is never linked to a specific individual.

We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels, social media trackers, or any cookies that follow you across the web. You will never see MyrocketXpress ads following you around the internet as a result of visiting our platform.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Here is how to do it in the most common browsers:

• •Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
• •Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
• •Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• •Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies

Please note that disabling essential cookies (authentication tokens) will prevent you from logging into the MyrocketXpress platform. All other functions — including the public tracking page — will continue to work without cookies.

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new features, change our analytics tooling, or in response to regulatory changes. Material changes will be communicated via email to all registered account holders at least 14 days in advance.

The date at the top of this page always reflects when it was last updated.
